Rokid has set up an official technical support and customer service email for global users: global-support@rokid.com. If you have any product usage issues, complaints, or after-sales needs, please send an email in English to this address. The Rokid team will handle it promptly for you.

If you need to cancel an order, it is recommended to send an email in English to global-support@rokid.com first. Due to the tight warehouse shipping schedule, we cannot guarantee that all orders can be intercepted and canceled before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to the "Return Policy" below to apply for a return within the specified time frame.

Rokid promises to provide end consumers with a one-year warranty for the entire device (with a valid purchase invoice), starting from the date of purchase. If the product is confirmed to have quality issues, you can enjoy an exchange service within 15 days with the purchase invoice.

Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellation

Rokid products are protected with standard packaging before shipment. However, due to long-distance, multi-stage transportation for some overseas orders, package compression or damage may occur.
