: For a 100W light, it's more suited for smaller rooms, like a small bedroom upstairs. In North America, many homes have 9-foot or higher ceilings, so it's generally not enough. Even the 155W version is barely adequate. If you feel it's a bit of a rip-off, I'd recommend a low-wattage street lamp with a high color rendering index, like the ones around 200 yuan, or the entry-level model from Yueying in Mainland China. For the main light, get a Godox photography light, 200-300W bouncing off the ceiling. During Black Friday, the total comes to around $500, and the effect blows away the flagship models from HW or Kids' Vision. But it's ugly and has no integrated control, so set your expectations accordingly. I have a studio myself, so diffused light is sufficient for me. For ease of moving, I still bought a tall floor lamp, and I feel I paid the "IQ tax" because I barely move it after buying it. 100w就比较小的屋子，比如楼上小卧室还可以，像北美很多家庭都是九尺+层高，基本上是不够用的。其实155w款也是勉强。如果觉得有点智商税，推荐买显色指数高的低功率路灯，比如200多的，或者国内那个月影找入门款，主灯买神牛摄影灯，两三百瓦打天花板，黑五下来整体也就500刀左右，效果是碾压hw或者孩视宝旗舰的。但是丑，也没有连体控制，这个做好心理预期。我自己有影棚所以散射灯是够的。为方便搬动还是买了大路灯，感觉还是交了智商税因为买了之后基本不搬，但是确实读书区不那么丑了![[二哈]](/assets/emoji/comment-emoji/dm_erha@2x.png?v=1)
