回复 @匿名用户 : It has nothing to do with the date. It takes effect on the 1st of every month. You can check whether your birthday is registered in your account. If it's registered as September, then you can redeem by default. If there's no birthday registered in your account, you can contact online customer service to have it added. 跟几号没关系，每月 1 号生效的。你可以看一下你的账户里面有没有登记你的生日日期，如果登记的是九月份，那就默认可以 redeem。如果账户里没有登记生日，可以联系在线客服录入。
