Editor's Pick: When you're making syrup or deep frying, even a few degrees can change the final result. This thermometer has a bent probe handle so it can rest against the side of the pot while you stir, and you don't have to juggle both a thermometer and a spoon. The clip is wrapped in silicone so it won't scratch your pot's coating when clamped to the rim. The handle stays far from the heat source, and the readout covers 100°F to 400°F with both Fahrenheit and Celsius marked, so no conversion is needed.
