If you returned an item worth $65, the total amount after the return would be $990, which falls below the $1000 threshold but exceeds the $500 threshold. In this case, the gift card would be downgraded from $100 to $50.
If you need to return an item but are concerned about downgrading: Please call or chat with customer service online. Provide your order number and explain that you wish to return a specific item but do not want to be downgraded. Instead, you would like to purchase another item to replace it. Then, ask the customer service representative to help you place an order for an additional item that will prevent the downgrade.
