Returns & Exchanges:
Return requests are accepted within 30 days after placing an order. Returns can be made by mail, either by self-shipping or using a Pre-Paid Label with a $7 deduction, or free returns can be made at Coach Outlet stores. Orders checked out via PayPal cannot be returned in-store and must be returned by mail. (Detailed policy)

Holiday Return Policy:
