: I've purchased from them three or four times before, and the styles and quality were decent. But last year, I got totally ripped off—they didn't ship my order for over a month. Every time I contacted customer service, they'd take forever to reply, and when they did, they'd give me a fake tracking number. They gave me three fake ones! After a month of exhausting back-and-forth, I finally gave up and swore off them for good. 之前买过三四次款式质量都还行，但去年被狠狠坑了一次，一个多月不发货，每次跟客服沟通，邮件不及时回，回的时候ta就给我一个假的tracking number，给了三个假的，来回交涉了一个多月心力交瘁，从此拜拜了。

回复 @匿名用户 : You can also try once, maybe you'll get a normal shipment. (Look, there's another comment with the same issue I encountered, the tracking number is always fake/wrong, speechless). 你也可试一次，说不定碰到的正常发货的（你看还有一个评论和我碰到的问题是一样的，tracking number总是给假的/错的，无语）。
