Returns & Refunds:

Except for Final Sale items, other products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. After generating a return label, use FedEx for the return. A shipping fee of $4.95 applies per order. The merchant will process the return package within 5 business days, and depending on the payment method, refunds will take 5-10 business days to complete. (Detailed Return Policy)
Since the merchant assigns a specific return address for each individual item, if multiple items need to be returned, please note the product list marked on each Return Label to avoid returning the wrong item.

Other considerations:

Lost or Damaged Package: If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered (but you haven't received it), wait for 3 days while searching for it, then contact the merchant's customer service. If you receive a damaged package, keep all damaged items and contact the merchant's customer service.

Holiday Return Policy:

For items purchased between October 30, 2023, and December 15, 2023, the return period is extended until January 15, 2024. Returns must be submitted to FedEx by January 15, 2024. Items returned after January 15, 2024, will not be refunded if they are not covered under the extended holiday return policy.
