Returns can be requested within 30 days of arrival, either in-store or by mail (a $5.95 shipping fee will be deducted). Wedding items and furniture can only be returned by mail. Personal items, masks, certain wedding dresses (ending in $.99), and items marked as Final Sale or ending in $.95 with additional discounts applied are not eligible for return or exchange. : I looked at the salesperson, and once they wouldn't let me return it because the official website stated that discounted items are non-refundable. In the end, they said I could pick another item in the store and pay the price difference. 看店员，有一次不给退，因为官网写了折扣商品都不能退，最后说可以我在让我店里另挑了一件，补差价。
