: I'm looking for an expert to see if anyone has used an Apple Account Balance of over $1000 to buy Apple products on their phone? I searched online and found that physical stores accept a maximum of $2000 in gift cards, and the official website accepts a maximum of $800 in gift cards. No one seems to know how much balance can be used at once after loading GCs into the account; some say $2000, but the answers are vague. 回复 @Hewly : Don't call customer service, it's a complete waste of time. This is a risk control issue, and customer service doesn't have the authority to resolve it. You can argue with Apple and usually manage to place the order in the end, but the experience might be quite bad. 回复 @天国之匙 : I remember initially you had to use a code, but later they changed it so you just click the link and buy directly. If Qualifying offers shows at the final step, it means it worked. 我记得刚开始是得用码，后来就改成不用码，直接点链接进去买直接到最后显示了Qualifying offers就是成功了
