: Bank of America is so tricky. I used the link to go to the website and placed orders with their card. The first order, bought at 12 PM, was $2500 - $675, a bill over $2000. Then I saw Tom Ford had a gift-with-purchase offer, so I placed another order at 3 PM, $250 - $50, a bill over $200. The order confirmation emails also showed the time. But in the 'earned' section, they only gave me 5% of $200, not 5% of $2000. I can only contact customer service, and I still don't know if I'll be successful. The whole process is quite troublesome. Chase also had an instance before where it wasn't calculated at all, and I was too lazy to contact customer service. I just ignore Chase offers now. Amex credits are faster. Almost never had issues. 美国银行可贼了。用link进去网站用它卡下单，第一单12点买的 2500-675 2000多的账单。然后看见tom ford有满送，3点又下单 250-50 200多的账单。邮件下单它发过来也有时间显示。结果earned里面只给我200的5%，而不是2000的5%。只能联系客服，还不知道能不能申请成功。整个过程挺费劲的。chase以前也有一次根本没算，也懒得去找客服了。直接无视chase offer。amex的到账快点。几乎没出问题。

They directly ignored the first order and calculated 5% based on the second order's amount. It's outrageous that it contradicts their own stated policy. 是第一单啊 第一单12点两千 第二点3点两百，直接忽视第一单，用第二单金额算5%。它与它自己说的政策相反就很离谱
