But after some thought, I worried that if it got lost during transit, I'd end up with no product and still be charged. So I accepted the delivery. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service, and they finally compromised by agreeing to send a replacement. I haven't opened the package yet—I'll wait and see. When I called, the customer service said they would directly send me an email once the item is shipped, and didn't mention that I need to contact them again.
