Apple has sent out physical invitations to the media for the 2026 Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) and simultaneously announced the schedule from June 8 through that week. The main visual slogan for this year's conference is "First, Let's Shed Some Light"! Since Tim Cook has previously announced his upcoming retirement as CEO, this WWDC is expected to be his last public appearance as Apple's CEO.

Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reports that Apple will unveil a brand-new Siri, codenamed Campo, at WWDC 2026 in June. Due to development progress constraints, this feature has been postponed from iOS 26 to iOS 27.
