Editor's Pick: LEGO Galaxy is an upcoming space-themed area at LEGOLAND California Resort that will take families on an immersive journey centered around space exploration and LEGO creativity. This area represents one of the park's largest expansions in recent years, combining rides, interactive experiences, dining, and play zones all in one place.
Main Highlights and Features
1. Galacticoaster — Indoor Family Roller Coaster
Visitors will enter a space launch base-themed area where they can customize their own LEGO spaceship through interactive pre-ride activities (selecting the nose, wings, tail, and special accessories), creating different design experiences. The roller coaster combines storytelling, special effects, and a high-tech feel, suitable for family enjoyment.
2. More Space-Themed Attractions
Two additional space-themed rides will provide experiences suitable for visitors of all ages.
Junior Astronaut Training Zone: A safe play area specially designed for young children, encouraging interaction and imaginative exploration.
3. Themed Dining and Shopping Experiences
The area is expected to feature space-styled food outlets and a dedicated souvenir shop, offering visitors a complete one-stop experience.
LEGO Galaxy is primarily inspired by the classic LEGO space collections, combined with modern technology to create a new area that features creativity, interactivity, and family-friendly characteristics. This project is viewed as an important step in the park's future development and is another major interactive themed experience designed for children and families.
