: This Black Friday was the worst. One order lost, another missing items! Total disaster! Customer service refused to help just because I used a forwarding address—even with proof from my forwarder and unboxing videos. They kept parroting their “no responsibility for forwarding companies” policy. Zero communication. As if customers using forwarders aren’t human. Are we just supposed to accept no after-sales service? Been buying Estée Lauder for years, but this is beyond disappointing. 这次黑五是最差的一年,一单丟件,一单少了东西!!错漏百出!找客服完全不管,就因为我用的是转运地址,然后我的转运公司也出了证明书,说他们没有收到那个快递,然后客服还是不管,我还录了开箱视频,我有各种证明能证明他们东西少了,可是客服一直重覆那段forwarding company他們不管的屁话!完全拒绝沟通!搞得好像用转运地址的消费者不是人似的,是不是用转运地址的消费者都活该没有售后啊??买了这么多年Estee Lauder这次真的太让我失望

Returning it as soon as it arrives. So done. 联系客服了,说是我没有用打折code,我明明用了,看购物车也有赠品,下单后看确认邮件却没有。那为啥我还要多花100多刀,等收到后就给它退了,真无语😓

: No emails, they just suddenly appear at your door one day. It's best to keep a record of the chat (if it's online chat) or note down the order number for reshipment during calls. 邮件都没有,就是哪一天突然出现在你门口。 你最好保留聊天记录(online chat的话),或者电话记下补发的订单号
