The seller gave an expired Amazon tracking number, stalled for days as "to ship," then suddenly marked it "delivered" with a FedEx number. The delivery photo showed a tiny plastic bag (definitely not a projector) dumped nowhere near my house. Thankfully, Aliexpress processed my refund the next day. They default to a 15-day return window, but even if you return the item, they won’t refund you. They’ll just keep telling you to wait—"the warehouse needs to check." Providing delivery proof? Useless. Customer service says it requires "higher-level approval" and emails you to wait another 7 days... then another 7. Two months later, you give up chasing an $18 refund. Absolute garbage.
