: Pop Mart's after-sales service is truly unacceptable. The product I received was defective from the start. Initially, the customer service only offered a return and said they would issue a refund only after receiving the returned item. I checked the official website, which clearly showed the item was in stock, so I requested a replacement instead. They agreed, and I shipped the product back as instructed. However, after they received the return, they backtracked and claimed the item was out of stock, offering me a mere $3 coupon as compensation. The ridiculous part is that the official website still showed the item as available at that time. If they agreed to a replacement, they should have reserved the product for the customer—that's the most basic principle of integrity. Having stock but failing to honor their commitment isn't just a simple mistake; it's a sign of disrespect toward consumers. As an international company, if they can't ensure quality control and their after-sales service is this evasive and敷衍, how can they expect to earn consumers' trust?
