Searched online—it’s a widespread hardware issue, but they refuse to address it. 不要买小佩不要买小佩不要买小佩！ 我家里的ultra猫砂盆一直感应错误停止运转，客服跟机器人一样给重复的答复却不解决问题。网上搜也没有解决方案，都说是硬件问题，而且很普遍。但是客服一直不给解决
