: No lock. If you're lucky, it's an original screen with a cut screen and a domestic housing, with most internal components untouched. If you're unlucky, it's a third-party screen with IC relocation, and any faulty internal parts replaced with domestic components. It will definitely be usable after purchase. 没锁，运气好就是原装屏切屏加国产Housing，里面东西基本没动，运气不好就是第三方屏搬IC，然后里面坏的东西换成国产配件。买回来肯定是能用的。

For personal use, it's best to buy new or certified refurbished. If you're unlucky... 翻新工厂修机的质量都是随机的，北美小作坊又不是华强北修机还给恢复气密性的。自用最好买新的或者官翻，运气不好

回复 @sunO_o : Official battery replacement costs 89 yuan, trade-in probably isn't even worth 50 yuan. For my current usage scenario, I don't find anything particularly bad about the 13 mini. 官方换电池89块，trade in估计50块都不值，13 mini对于我目前的使用环境，并没觉得有什么不好
