: There are a lot of scammers on AliExpress. I've bought many items with attractive prices that were never shipped, and some had fake tracking information showing as delivered when they weren't. There were also cases where the seller closed their shop right after I made a purchase, making the product link disappear, only for the same item to reappear a couple of days later. Unfortunately, I've experienced all these scams myself. Returning items involves a long and tedious process of arguing with customer service, which is time-consuming and exhausting, and there's no compensation—only a refund. These issues are more common with high-value items; I haven't encountered fake shipments with low-value items, but returns are still very troublesome. Some products require you to communicate with the seller to get approval for a return, but the seller simply doesn't reply. Official customer service takes two to three days to review, and whether you escalate or not, you only get generic responses that solve nothing. In the end, nothing gets resolved. Everyone, please be cautious. Don't be tempted by prices that are too low, and always stay vigilant. It's safer to shop through legitimate channels. Aliexpress骗人的非常多，有很多价格很有吸引力的商品我买过之后根本不发货，还有填假的物流信息显示到货但根本没发的。还有买了之后商家直接关店连商品链接都找不到了的，过两天又出现了相同的商品的。以上骗术本人都不幸经历过。退货又要经历漫长的客服扯皮，耗时耗精力，而且什么赔偿都没有，只有退款。这些情况以大额商品居多，小额商品目前没有遇到假发货情况，但是退货非常麻烦，有些商品要求需要和商家沟通拿到同意才能退货，但商家根本不回复消息，官方客服一审核就是2，3天，不管escalate与否都是官方回复，什么问题都解决不了。最终无疾而终。大家请小心，购物的时候不要被过低的价格吸引，请始终多留一个心眼。还是正规途径的购物更放心。
