: I don’t use much electricity in New York, but the delivery fee is even more expensive than the electricity itself. This is basically a transmission company, and it can be switched.

: Aren't these intermediary companies all scams? They talk you into thinking you'll save money, but in reality, your electricity bill ends up being higher. And when you want to switch back, you find out the contract locks you in for years (at least one year), with a sky-high penalty for early termination.
