: Terrible customer service! The package required a signature. I didn't receive it and UPS returned it to the warehouse. They only refunded me half, saying the package was damaged. I never even saw the package. I had to call and online chat nonstop. Spent so much time and effort, and still didn't get my money back. 售后太差！包裹需要签名，我没收到UPS就退回仓库，然后他们只退了一半给我，说是包裹破了。我连包裹影子都没见着，还要不停地打电话和online chatting。花了很多时间和精力，钱还不退给我。
