: The discount code showed it could be applied in the shopping cart, but that doesn’t guarantee it works after placing the order. It showed as usable in my cart, but it wasn't in the confirmation email after checkout. I messaged customer service, and they said it was there. When I received the item, though, it wasn’t included. I contacted them again, and they replied that my order didn’t have it! Luckily, I saved what the customer service rep told me earlier, so after I submitted the evidence, they said they’d issue it. Without proof, I probably would have been out of luck.
