I recommend buying the small bottle because you won't use it too often—maybe once a week. 4 is more for repair and is used more frequently. Both lather up really well. 4C是清洁用的，洗完头发会干，我推荐买小瓶，因为不会用太多，一礼拜一次吧。4是属于修复型的，用的比较多。两款泡都很足。
