The headrest position is ridiculously off—it doesn't support the neck at all, instead it pushes against the back of the head and sits way too far forward, no matter how you adjust it. 2. The backrest is almost impossible to adjust; the range is so small you can't even notice it. I initially thought I got a defective unit. 3. The lumbar support is also uncomfortable. In short, it's just bad, but it's too heavy to return, so I have to keep it.
