Logistics Information:
The merchant has shipping points in multiple countries. The confirmed shipping time is 3-7 days. Standard shipping methods include DHL, FedEx, and Startrack Express. If an order is lost, please contact the merchant within 30 days for resolution. The order price includes tariffs (except for Argentina, Colombia, and Peru).

Return & Refund:
Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting customer service. If the order is already being prepared for shipment, cancellation requests will not be accepted. For orders canceled after 24 hours, the merchant will charge a $25 order cancellation fee.
