You can contact customer service (email customer@snidel.us) within 14 days after the package is delivered to request a return or exchange. Items purchased during discount promotions and those marked as Finale Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Underwear, socks, jewelry, accessories, etc., are not eligible for returns.
