Return & Refund:
Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting customer service. If the order is already being prepared for shipment, cancellation requests will not be accepted. For orders canceled after 24 hours, the merchant will charge a $25 order cancellation fee. Returns & Refunds: A return fee of $28 per item applies, and customs duties and shipping costs are non-refundable. You must use the return label provided by the merchant, and the returned package must arrive at the merchant's designated return location within 14 days. (For details, see the return process & return policy). Based on user feedback, it takes 45–60 days for the refund to be processed.
