: 3028 is a great machine, but its power has been nerfed for the U.S. market. You can't use extraction and steam functions simultaneously, otherwise it would be totally worth it.

: Has the power been nerfed? If it can't brew and steam milk at the same time, then the biggest functional advantage of the 3028 over the 3007Z is gone, since the brewing performance is the same anyway.
