Returns & Refunds:
- Except for Final Sale items, other products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. After generating a return label, use FedEx for the return. A shipping fee of $4.95 applies per order. The merchant will process the return package within 5 business days, and depending on the payment method, refunds will take 5-10 business days to complete. (Detailed Return Policy)
- Since the merchant assigns a specific return address for each individual item, if multiple items need to be returned, please note the product list marked on each Return Label to avoid returning the wrong item.

Lost or Damaged Package: If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered (but you haven't received it), wait for 3 days while searching for it, then contact the merchant's customer service. Holiday Return Policy:
