Lost or Damaged Package: If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered (but you haven't received it), wait for 3 days while searching for it, then contact the merchant's customer service. If you receive a damaged package, keep all damaged items and contact the merchant's customer service.
Returns & Refunds:
- Except for Final Sale items, other products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. After generating a return label, use FedEx for the return. A shipping fee of $4.95 applies per order.
