: Guys, be careful if you're using Ontra shipping—I'm actually a victim myself. I placed an order two weeks ago, and the tracking showed it arrived at the Ontra transfer station, but then there was no new update for days. I contacted Ontra customer service, and they flat out told me that if an order isn’t shipped within 7 days, it’s (automatically) considered lost. Yes, it's the default! The customer rep told me to go ask the seller for a refund. What’s even more ridiculous is that the tracking immediately showed my package as "delivered" right after—LOL 😂... They just swallowed my package; how is this any different from a package thief on the street? Guess being a thief is legal these days... 伙伴们，如果是ontra货运的话要当心哟，ontra受害者就是本人我啊，前两周下了一单，剧追踪显示到了ontra转运站，接着好几天都没有发货，我就去找ontra客服，客服直接说超过7天没发货（默认）包裹丢失，是（默认）哟！客服让我找商家退款，更可笑的是追踪查询那边立马显示包裹已送达哈哈哈哈哈😂……直接吞了我的包裹这跟街上偷包裹的贼有啥区别，这年头做小偷都是合法的啊….
