: It probably can't be returned either, unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged—only issues caused by the seller's mistake qualify for a return. 应该也不能退，除非是东西送错或者收到东西是坏的，商家出错的问题才能退
: Last time they sent the wrong size and just refunded me directly. I don't think other options would work. 上次发错尺寸了 给我直接退了钱。 别的应该是不行的
