: Haven't tried the caramel liquid center one, maybe it's sweeter and tastes better. I usually buy the last one, the original flavor. I take one when my throat is dry, itchy, or has phlegm. The mintiness isn't strong, so it's not spicy, just a little refreshing. My throat feels more comfortable after eating it, but I haven't noticed any cough-stopping effect. 焦糖流心的没吃过，可能甜度更高一些口感好一些，一般都是买最后一款原味的，就是嗓子干、痒、有痰的时候会吃一颗，薄荷感不重，所以不是辣辣的，一点点清爽，吃完嗓子会舒服一些，止咳效果没看出来
