回复 @酸奶炖小舔狗 : Offline, you can only go to the factory store. I went to the BR store to return, and the front desk said that. If you mail it, it's free. When you choose to return online, there's a printable label at no cost, but you need to drop it off at a designated carrier, either FedEx or UPS. 线下只能去factory店，我跑去BR店退前台说的。邮寄的话是免费 网上选退货就有可以打印的label不花钱就是要drop到指定的邮寄商，Fedex或者ups
