这款流心芒果慕斯蛋糕喜欢芒果的妹子千万不要错过哦……做法真的是超级简单,我们开始吧……

6寸慕斯配方:芒果泥350克(300克做慕斯,50克做夹心部分)芒果果肉100克,淡奶油175克,细砂糖70克(根据自己的芒果甜度来调节)吉利丁片2.5片(没有吉利丁片的朋友,用吉利丁粉大概15克)柠檬汁15毫升,慕斯底部我放的是戚风蛋糕(用消化饼干和黄油混合做饼干底也是可以的,饼干大概80克,黄油30克)材料就这些了……开始吧!
想做饼干底的朋友,首先要先做饼干底哦!80克的饼干用搅拌机搅碎后,倒入隔水融化的黄油搅拌均匀后倒入模具中压平压实后放入冰箱冷藏半小时左右..

吉利丁片用冷水浸泡,备用..

首先芒果切块,把整齐的100克芒果待会做夹心用,不整齐的350克芒果待会做芒果泥..

把350克的芒果放进搅拌机中,接着放入50克的细砂糖,再放入15克的柠檬汁(这里放柠檬汁是防止芒果氧化,起到抗氧化作用)最后打成芒果泥..

搅拌好的芒果泥质地非常细腻浓稠的泥状。

用厨房秤称出300克做慕斯泥,50克做流心部分,100克的芒果块来做夹心..

接着把吉利丁片沥干水分,再隔水融化..

倒入芒果泥中快速搅拌均匀..备用

接着打发淡奶油,175克的淡奶油放入20克的细砂糖,打发到6成发的状态……

6成分是你提起打蛋器会滴落,然后慢慢消失的状态,就可以了……

接着把芒果泥一次行倒入淡奶油中,用切拌的手法进行混合..

做好的芒果慕斯糊..比较浓稠状态..

把之前准备好的戚风蛋糕放在慕斯底部,想要用饼干做慕斯底的朋友,要提起半个小时把饼干底做好放进冰箱冷藏半小时左右..

倒入一半的慕斯糊..

然后芒果围着边缘放一圈,中间倒入50克的芒果泥..

接着把慕斯围着边缘倒一圈,最后再倒入夹心部分,(千万不要先倒中间,这样会把夹心的芒果泥流到边缘)

把全部慕斯糊倒进去后,轻轻晃动几下,再放进冰箱冷藏至少4个小时以上,最后过夜再脱模..
等4个小时左右,开始做淋面..

淋面配方:50克的芒果泥,50克的清水,一片吉利丁片

把芒果泥和清水倒入锅中加热到沸腾...

接着把沥干水的吉利丁片放入芒果泥中,搅拌均匀后,等待冷却到室温的温度..

手摸感觉不烫手时倒入慕斯糊中.

然后再放进冰箱冷藏至少半个小时左右才能脱模..

我大概等了一个小时后,拿出来脱模,脱模我是用电风吹围着蛋糕吹几圈后,慢慢脱模..

最后再挤一点奶油装饰一下就大功告成了……mango流心慕斯蛋糕就完成啦……再放进冰箱冷藏一个小时左右再拿出来享用😋😋😋
