2.Each board is kiln-dried to 8–13% moisture and pre-oiled three times with food-grade mineral oil. Grain texture on arrival is oil in the wood, not a defect. Thickness is 0.6–0.7 inch, not 1 inch.
3.Solid acacia hardwood with a deep juice groove, side handles, and four silicone feet. Carry a loaded board with one hand.
