: I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent online shopping experience. I purchased a sweater dress to dinner.but unfortunately, I experienced severe food poisoning symptoms. Initially, I thought the cause was the lamb chops I had consumed, but after washing the dress, I discovered that it was actually the sweater that was contaminated with a strong, unpleasant odor, similar to a dead fox. I am shocked that a brand new with all the tags new sweater dress could be sent to me in such a condition. How could this have occurred, especially given the brand's reputation for high-quality products? I feel so disappointed and very scared. It feels like wearing someone else’s underwear,super disgusting. Also my whole washing machine smells like dead fox.
