Editor's Pick: When you want to add a little sweetness to your coffee or tea, just tear open a packet and pour it in — one packet is about as sweet as two spoonfuls of sugar. Zero calories, so you don't have to deprive your taste buds while watching your sugar intake. One box has 230 packets, so keeping one in your office drawer lasts a long time, and the individual packets are easy to carry a few with you on the go.
