: The marks are indeed noticeable. Either there's a quality control issue, or someone returned it without inspection before they shipped it to you. Contact customer service and request a replacement.

: I bought it three times, and twice received returned items. Dealing with their customer service is a huge hassle. Their ads on Chinese platforms are way too aggressive. Maybe ask ChatGPT to recommend other brands—I now only buy from brands with better reputations in the U.S.
