Editor's Pick: Three boards in separate sizes—use one for meat, one for vegetables, and one for fruit, so raw and ready-to-eat foods never mix. The bamboo is carbonized at high temperature, so it resists moisture and just needs a quick rinse and wipe dry. One side has a juice groove so liquid won't run onto your countertop when cutting meat; flip it over and there's a recessed groove to temporarily hold chopped ingredients. Silicone feet on the corners keep the board from sliding around while you cut, and it hangs up easily to save space when you're done.
