回复 @xjp84 : I remember the confirmation email was sent by Groupon, and it included a Costco membership ID. You could either activate it online by contacting Costco customer service or bring the ID and email to a store for activation. After that, you would receive the gift card as a bonus, if I recall correctly. 我记得当时确认邮件是groupon发的，有个costco会员ID，可以在线找costco客服激活也可以带ID和邮件去门店激活，然后后边就会收到送的礼卡，如果我没记错的话
