: Tried it a few times—terrible experience. Key issues: 1. Many items are restricted or unshippable. Buying clothes? The cost-performance is awful. A single piece under 0.5kg gets charged as 3-4kg due to volumetric weight. Even the cheapest sea freight costs nearly 200 RMB for two items. 2.客服 (customer service) and operations are trash. They assume you’re using Taobao’s direct/consolidated shipping. Mention the Cainiao App, and they act clueless. Example: My 5-day delivery was delayed, and the App prompted me to claim compensation.客服A argued it’s based on actual dispatch time. I showed a screenshot proving it’s按合单算 (consolidation-based). They then blamed Double 11 delays—even though my parcel shipped pre-sale.客服A finally admitted I could claim… but only after delivery. Post-delivery,客服B grilled me: “Were all items bought on Taobao?” How is that relevant to物流 (logistics) delays? Then they told me to seek refunds from sellers—what?! After endless nonsense,客服B submitted a claim… only for Taobao to issue a useless logistics红包 (red packet) incompatible with the Cainiao App. Taobao’s consolidation is pricier and won’t deduct prepaid Cainiao credits. Basically, the补偿 (compensation) was worthless. Why create hurdles if you won’t pay properly? Never using this again. My old forwarder was far more professional. Fell for Cainiao’s “discounts” and regret it. (Just my experience—FYI.) 试用了几次，体验非常差，概括一下比较重要的几点： 1.很多东西都不能运或者有限制，你说买衣服吧，发现性价比特别低。随便买一件衣服，实际重量不到0.5kg，但是按体积重算就得付3-4kg的运费。即使是最便宜的海运，两件衣服运费轻轻松松近200元。 2.客服和运营差的一B，客服基本都是默认您是淘宝上选择的直运或者集运，你跟他们说你在用菜鸟App，他们仿佛不理解。举个例子，我有个5日达的包裹延期了，App提示我找客服申领赔付。可是客服A却跟我狡辩是要按包裹实际寄出时间算。我拿出一个截图显示是按合单算的，他又狡辩说最近双11物流增多，无奈导致延期，望理解云云。可是我的包裹在淘宝开始活动之前就寄出了，和这有半毛钱关系？然后我又祭出另一个截图是他们自己的软件提醒我去申领赔付的。客服A哑然，然后改变说法说是可以申领，但是叫我等收到包裹再来。收到包裹后，客服B先是一堆问题，比如问我每一样东西是不是都是淘宝买的。请问我的集运包裹延误是物流问题，和我哪里买的有什么关系？然后又说让我找每个卖家去赔付。啥？这又和卖家有什么关系？反正就是一堆乱七八糟的回复之后，客服B似乎明白了，我就是要菜鸟赔付跨境物流，然后让我自己去淘宝申领。我一再解释我是在菜鸟App集运的，淘宝上看不到，根本就没有入口！客服B才说那我帮你提交申请吧。结果过了几天赔付的是淘宝集运的物流红包，还不能在菜鸟App上用。而淘宝上的集运又比菜鸟App上面的贵很多，还不能用你在菜鸟App上充的运费抵扣。就基本相当于赔付了个P。既然你们不打算赔付有用的，这又给我制造这么多难度和关卡做什么? 反正不会再用了，还是乖乖回去用我之前那个转运网站吧。没有对比都不知道之前的网站做的有多专业。这次是我贪图菜鸟那点所谓的优惠入了个坑。 当然这只是个人体验，仅供参考。

: Regret not buying more, it was really cheap ! Shipped out at 5.6kg; after unpacking and repacking, it was under 2kg, and the refund was processed automatically. Super convenient! 后悔了，买少了，真的好便宜出库5.6kg，拆箱打包以后不到2kg，自动退款的，很方便啊！
