Editor's Pick: Before brushing, pour a small sip into your mouth and swish for two minutes. The peppermint flavor isn't too strong. Spit it out, then brush your teeth, and the sticky feeling in your mouth in the morning will be less noticeable. The ingredients are MCT coconut oil plus peppermint essential oil, alcohol-free, so it won't burn your mouth while swishing. The box also includes a stainless steel tongue scraper and a soft-bristle toothbrush, so you don't need to buy extra tools to complete an oil pulling routine. Suitable for ages 12 and up. If it's your first time trying it, just start with two minutes.
