: Just wanted to ask why they are called "original cut fries," and are there any that aren't original cut? 就想来问问为啥是叫原切薯条啊，还有不是原切的嘛
: You can think of the fries we usually eat as highly processed assembly-line fries, while these are made by cutting potatoes into strips while preserving their original shape, with minimal processing. They're dehydrated at low temperatures instead of being fried, making them healthier. Original-cut fries simply taste better than the regular fries we're used to. 可以理解为我们平时吃的薯条都是各种加工改造形成的流水线薯条，原切的这种是保留土豆原始形状，直接把土豆切成条做的，没有那么多乱七八糟的加工过程，而且这个是低温脱水做成的，不是油炸的，更健康点，原切的薯条就是比平时经常吃的普通薯条好吃
