回复 @chrn : Vitamins are okay to take. I checked and it says they're suitable for ages 4 and up. However, I haven't let my child take the apple cider vinegar or hair growth supplements. 维生素可以吃的，查了说是4岁以上可以吃，但是苹果醋，生发这些我没让孩子吃
