: I bought black sesame balls a long time ago. The ones made entirely of sesame were fine, without any sweet flavor, just pure black sesame. However, the ones with filling might not be low in calories. Protein bars are also okay, they have a strong satiating effect. Recently, I bought red bean, Chinese yam, and coix seed powder. This one is made from beans and has no added sugar, just the natural sweetness of the ingredients themselves. You can just mix it with hot water in the morning and drink it. 很早之前买过黑芝麻丸，全芝麻的还行没啥甜味就是完整的黑芝麻，但是这个爆浆的可能热量就不低了，蛋白棒也还可以，饱腹感挺强的，最近买了那个红豆芡实薏仁粉，这个就是豆子也没有糖，是就是石材本身的甜味，早晨用热水一冲就能喝
