Women with physical weakness often also suffer from heavy dampness. 祛湿茶吗，主要是去湿气的，体虚还分阴虚阳虚气虚血虚，每种要补的都不一样，我是气血虚，会喝黄芪+补血口服液这种，不过你要是湿气重可以喝喝祛湿茶，女生体虚的一般都会伴有湿气重
