回复 @KUROMI25 : I've never used a latex pillow. I used to use those silk cotton ones, but when my partner got a stiff neck, we switched to memory foam. So far, it feels pretty comfortable. I heard latex pillows aren’t that breathable—so if you tend to sweat while sleeping, they might feel stuffy. 没用过乳胶枕 以前用那种丝绵的 队友脖子落枕了就换成记忆棉的了 目前感觉是挺舒服的，乳胶枕好像透气性一般 要是睡觉容易出汗会闷

回复 @KUROMI25 : They probably should be replaced. But I looked it up—latex pillows last much longer than memory foam ones. Memory foam lasts 1-2 years, while latex pillows last 3-5 years. 应该是要换的 不过我去搜了下乳胶枕比记忆棉的寿命长很多 记忆棉是1-2年 乳胶枕是3-5年呢
