Wearing them for a long time makes my ear canal sore—this is just a personal issue for me, because after switching to other silicone tips, the problem was immediately solved. One thing about these memory foam tips that you absolutely need to know is that you have to squeeze them flat first, then put them in, and they'll automatically expand back to shape. This makes a huge difference, and the noise isolation is excellent.
